For today’s BEAUTY blog, I thought I would give you an inside peek at one of my new, super fun and all-time favorite collections... the On The Reef Coral Collection!
On the Reef is a collection to be adored. It’s a palette of wearable, shimmery light coral shades that are reminiscent of a breezy and glistening day at the beach.
For this collection, I really drew my inspiration from the natural beauty of the sea.
Coral reefs are like underwater flower gardens... so bright, beautiful and full of life!
The lush, pretty shades of coral - from deep fuchsias to dainty pinks - are so inspiring.

I could look at these mesmerizing, gorgeous images of heavenly coral reef gardens all day, but now let’s dive into how these striking shades translate into a feminine, pretty makeup look!

Step 1: Apply the bronzer just to the areas on your face that are closest to the sun: nose, forehead, chin and cheeks.

When it comes to must haves in my purse, my keys go first, then my driver's license and credit card, and my cell phone in case of emergency. Besides that, when going to work I do need my computer glasses and lip balm. Most days I also carry a banana or two so I don't starve in the morning

I always make sure I have the try me size of multi-tasking neutral concealer and medium beige neutral in my purse (along with the necessary brushes) for quick touch ups. I also like to have apple blush on hand for a pop of color because it goes well with just about every color of eye shadow I wear. I have a baby at home who still doesn't sleep well at night so Aussie Perk Me Up is a MUST HAVE at all times to conceal the dark circles under my eyes. At least I can look like I got some sleep!

I'm a hopeless hamster when it comes to purses and bags, so usually I end up carrying around a shoulder-killer bag with millions of things I rarely even need. But as an eco-person I make sure I never leave home without my foldable and re-usable shopping bag (goes in a tiny space and makes sure there's no need for a plastic bag if I stop by in the grocery store on my way home). Also my all time favourite beauty product, small jar of shea butter comes with where ever I go. It saves me from dry lips and cuticles. So if I ever manage to take a purse instead of a bag that could easily swallow an walrus, these two will make it to the top of the priority list.

What do I have to have in my purse at all times? Well, I must have lipgloss...I intend to only have a clear gloss and also the shade I'm wearing that day, but that never tends to happen!! I usually have 4 or 5 different shades with me at all times (I always carry my EDM lip balm)!! I also have to have my (retired) EDM retractable brush. I dip it in some finishing dust in the morning and retract it and put the lid on. I throw it in my purse and then I have a great touch up during the day that keeps the shine at bay! I also always have a good book and my Nintendo DS with me. You never know when you'll need to grab out some reading material or a fun game to pass the time!

I use to take with me always a lot of products into my purse, because when I am on hurry i have to make up myself in the elevator or in the bus or at school

I like to buy the fancy kind that have prints and/or monograms--you never know when they will come in handy. I have found that providing them for people cheers them up and makes them feel special, so I always pick a pack up when I find them. My favorites came from a friend, and they had a vintage photograph of a woman with bright red lipstick and the words "Maybe I want to look cheap!" printed on them! ROFL!
PS--My friend just called and told me she got her EM order in the mail--she loves the Mrs. Coffee eyeliner especially!

I always have at least one lippie (often more). Right now it's your new Bourgeois Chic that I got as a gift from my sister. I also carry blotting papers in the summertime, and a natural SPF stick as I'm VERY pale. I also need to carry a paper and pen with me at all times to jot down those brilliant flashes of inspiration that you can never seem to remember later. Capture the moment!

Ok, so in my purse...first things first is my phone (cant leave the house w/o that! everyone knows that), wallet (never know when your gonna have that "I have to have this" moment). so those are the necessities, here comes the fun stuff:
chapstick, lip gloss (one that matches your outfit today), blush, blush brush, loose powder for touch up (natural reflections), hand sanitizer, lotion, rolaids/tums (im preggo), bobby pins and ponytail holder, little bottle of sunscreen (its hot- and i live in tx)
that pretty much sums it all up...
oh, im forgetting something...my keys-duh!

Always. I have toothpicks. Always. Nothing ruins a smile, like something in your teeth.
Nude lip gloss. You got to be prepared for anything. Even running up to the local dump. Never know who you'll meet.
Tweezers. Just because. Sometimes I find a stray/funny/obnoxious hair, sticking out of some place it hadn't ought.
Nail file. I inevitabley get a "fuzzy" spot on my overworked hands, every day.
Those are the things I cannot leave home without. I carry other things, but they're not as important.
I would like to say gum or mints, but I run out.

My must haves are my clinique moisture surge moisturizer, my clinique sunscreen, my blistex lip balm, my cover girl lash blast, and of course my everyday minerals foundation (fair) and blush (in snuggle).
And aside from beauty go-tos I have some sanitary hand wipes, a nail file, keys (with the cutest swarovski keychain), my ipod, phone, ballpoint pen, a small notepad, book (currently The Help) because I love reading on the way back from work, and my glasses (so that I could actually remove my contacts and accomplish some quality reading like a true beauty obsessed bookworm)! I also have a water bottle because I hate wasting plastic so I just purchased a flowery Thermos and it keeps my water refreshing and available while I'm on the go!

This collection is so beautiful! I love the pictures of the gorgeous coral! I have a friend who just deep sea scuba dived and she loved it. I have been trying to talk my significant other into it! Maybe someday I can go exploring under the sea! Under the sea…that makes me think of Ariel and The Little Mermaid! Such a great movie!!!
I love my Lavender Mint Lip Balm! It is my favorite!!! Each time I use it, I remember how much I love it! It is like a tingly butter (from the yummy peppermint and spearmint oils) that melts on my lips with the perfect hint of lavender and mint smell to it! I know a lot of people love this balm too! I have to admit, I was scared at first to buy it because I am not a huge fan of lavender. But now I can’t imagine leaving home without it! It is an amazing combination. I wear it alone or as a base for my lippies (my favorites are Soccer Practice, Super Smoocher, & Plum). I do also carry all my lippies in a cute little makeup bag. That way I can mix it up each day!
I also always carry my two puff jars (I previously wrote how much I love these and want them back!). I have one for foundation (which I mixed my matte and original glow foundation, and added a touch of Natural face powder). I have another for bronzer. These help give me a quick pick me up if necessary! I also keep a foundation
I’m not sure if you meant all must haves items or just makeup items, but I have a few non-makeup items that go with me everywhere!!! I always have to have my gum! I am a huge fan of Orbit White Bubblemint!!! I can’t leave home without it. I’ve also become very attached to my sunglasses. I bought them through my eye doctor, who recommended the polarized lenses. They are awesome and I have used them all summer! I have no idea why, but I never really used to wear sunglasses. I also must have my wallet, license, keys, and cell phone! I love my iPhone! I know they keep making new versions, but I’m still just amazed to have that much technology in the palm of my hand! It is one of the ways I can stay in touch with Fan Club on the go! I am also forever carrying around my digital camera! I like having it with me for those quick little snapshots of time. A picture is worth a thousand words, right? I also keep Neosporin, Band-Aids, hand sanitizer, Excedrin, and Tylenol with me (never know when you might get a headache or cut!).
Can you imagine how heavy my purse is? It is seriously heavy, but I always have everything I need with me!!! Plus if I’m bored and waiting in line, I can do some hand curls to tone my arms! LOL!! I will probably never have a small purse again, since I have been gradually getting bigger and bigger purses. I just hope I don’t get to the point where I need a rolling piece of luggage to hold all of my daily must haves!!!!! hehe

Having a 3yr old, I always have a small bottle of Oxi Clean spray and hand sanitizer. I share the Oxi Clean with people in need. You don't realize how much that stuff comes in handy. I've given it to a few thankful strangers on the bus during our morning commute. I also don't go anywhere without my iPod. Life needs a soundtrack (when my son isn't with me of course).

I'm really busy person so I don't have a lot of time to care about my make-up. But I love to look beautifully and fresh! I've found some products which I always keep in my purse and I can't imagine life without it!
I always have some powder, because I have oily skin. I also have problem with under eye circles so I always have morning concealer, oval concealer brush and Linen Intensive sample. It greatly covers slightly too yellow morning concealer. In my purse I alway keep Luminizing Sunlight (sample) because it gives me "Photoshop effect" (I LOVE this product!!!) and carmex. Obviously, I also have my wallet, keys, little mirror, phone, a small bottle of water and a lot of unimportant and unnecessary things..like umbrella or knitewear when the day is incredibly hot... I'm standart woman an I always have a lot of things JUST IN CASE..

Well, I have two daughters, 6 and 9 so I often have an assortment of items in my purse: hand sanitizer, Uno cards, iphone, about 30 varieties of nude lipgloss with sunscreen, Star Wars action figures, a nail file, goldfish crackers, and I try to remember my wallet and keys! I am run off my feet lately, and my new secret weapons to keep me looking awake are EDM Viki's Radiant Creation and Pearl Sunlight! Love your blushes and lucent powders!

My favorite is Bath and Body works C.O. Bigelow Rose Salve. You can use it on lips, cuticles, elbows, knees or the face. It's also not tested on animals. I used it on the airplane when we were traveling, and it was nice to have such a small product do so much.
I also always carry the Nivea Creme' lotion in the small round tin. It doesn't seem like there could possibly be enough in there, but it's plenty.
Both of those come in metal tins, which are more durable, and feel fancier to me than plastic.
I also love my lipglosses. I tend to get sparkly coral colors with gold in them, because it works really well with my skintone.

I have my wallet, coin purse, hand sanitizer, pen, sun glasses. Then of course I have my puff jar with natural reflections cool pink. Also a must have is my Everyday Minerals lip balm. I also have a couple different Everyday Minerals lip glosses. When I am going to work I will throw in my nook so that I have something to read when there is nothing to do.

I carry most of the “normal” things in my purse; phone, tissues, keys, wallet, touch up make up and lip gloss. I try to keep it light, as I like a small, light bag. But the most unusual thing I carry is my daughter’s retainer box. After digging through a trash can at Qdoba to find her retainer that she accidently threw away with her meal trash, I always keep it with me. It was a bit ugly, swirled red and black plastic, so my daughter bedazzled it with rhinestones. Now it looks like a posh compact.

I always have my Hawaiian Tropic berry lip gloss with 20 SPF. I live in FL, so I need to protect my lips from the sun, but I like them to look good, too. I travel a lot, too, so I have a little bag with my EM ginger peach eye shadow (my all-time favorite shadow) sample, eye kabuki, EM summer stroll blush, EM base and mini kabuki, and Cover Girl Lash Blast Length mascara. It's great for a quick summer look. I love the colors in the Reef Coral Collection!

This coral collection reminds me of natural beauty. The coral colour provides natural look and it's a perfect kit for any skin tones. As for makeup newbies, coral blush is also the best colour to start without making any mistakes.
As for me, there are only three things that I must always have in my purse: oil absorbing sheets, powder and lip gloss.
In summer times even if I applied anti-shine powder to set and to prevent obvious shine from my T-zone and cheeks, in the afternoon I'll still "feel" oily cheeks. That's why I always have a pack of oil absorbing sheets with me to absorb oil and then apply powder again to eradicate shine throughout the rest of the day. As I always prefer lip gloss over long-lasting lipstick, I have my favorite lip gloss with me in case I need to re-apply.

Aside from my wallet, cellphone, and keys, I always keep my Everyday Minerals puff jar in my purse for quick and easy touch-ups. I use it with EM Finishing Dust to get rid of excess shine. It makes me feel a little fresher every time I use it. I also have EM All Smiles Pressed for a quick pick me up. It always brightens up my face.

I usually keep it pretty simple, purse-wise.. since I wear EDM on my face, I don't have to carry any with me as a touch up.. my makeup stays flawless from am to pm. I always have plain lip balm, at least a couple tinted lip balms, and a gloss.. Tums (got a sensitive tummy).. cell phone.. keys.. wallet.. nail file.. lotion.. and a small pill box I got from my mom that I keep extra allergy meds & Aleve in case I get a headache.

When I think of summer and going to the beach, the colors featured in this collection are exactly what I think about. It's great that you are allowing us the opportunity to try for this collection since money is tight for my family for the moment. Coral colors remind me of skin that is warm and kissed by the sun!
My normal purse contains a lot of items that exemplify my sassy personality: a chunky red wallet, a zebra jeweled cell phone, a shimmery gold glasses case, my oversized black sunglasses, hello kitty tissues, my "janitor-looking" keys complete with a LA Galaxy key ring, my lavender mint EDM lippie, and a BRIGHT fushia lip stain pen for days where I need to look good on the go. I think I've got a couple dog treats in there too, just in case my pup is starving, and I usually have some sort of novel to pass the time in boring situations. I'm currently feasting on the second book of the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo series.
Consider this collection is so fun and beachy in my mind, I think it would be apropos if I thought about my must haves for my beach bag: a BIG bottle of sunscreen, the latest issue of Lucky magazine, my neon blue beach towel, my ipod to listen to some summery tunes, and my tan collapsible cowboy hat. Fill a water bottle with some peach iced tea, and I would be set on the beach for hours.
Thanks for this. Now all I can think about is how much I love my lippies, and how I want to add more to my purse. I actually went to sleep wearing lipstick last night! My hubsters thought I had lost my mind, and all I could say was, "What? I like the color!" Men will never understand...

I always carry my baby EM brush as well as sample sizes of concealer, base, blush and shadow... next a small mirror, EM lip balm, a small tin with shea butter and tiny bottles of essential oil (lavender, tea tree, jasmine and rose)... otherwise a few bucks, my license and my keys!!!

Love the collection--the colors are beautiful as always. I have the Ping-Pong and the Light Peach, actually, and both are lovely.
My essentials:
I keep an EDM kabuki (white natural hair--retired) and a sample-size jar of my base (fair medium original glo) and blush (usually nick-nack or apple) along with a plastic lid to swirl in. Other must-haves include waterproof mascara (Urban Decay Big Fatty at the moment) along with a number of lippies (EDM, Benefit, Clinique), tweezers, Smashbox cream highlighter, Rosebud salve (for lips & cuticles), and Weleda Rose/Vanilla lip balm (must have lots of lip stuff for our dry Colorado weather!). Also must always have hand sanitizer, tissues, excedrin, and gum!

I always have pictures of my family in my purse, and of course a girl needs lippy. In summer I am obsessed with hydrating lip balms, because everything is so dry on my face. The only other makeup product that I keep in my bag is my pressed power in golden fair. It gives me quick and easy coverage anywhere.

my must haves are my everyday minerals cherry fizz lippie- I bought 20 of them before they were discontinued, but I only carry one at a time , alba pineapple lipbalm ,puff jar of natural reflections, mini jar of strawberry shortcake blush with my mini kabuki, coupon organizer, kashi bars( so I'm not tempted to stop for fast food when I;m hungry) water bottle, mini cinnamon altoids, mini first aid kit ( have to be prepared for kid accidents) nail clippers, haaaaate getting a hangnail and not having clippers, and a mini flashlight, and a mini leathermans tool. my moto is always be prepared lol. as you can tell I carry a big purse

One thing I always try to make sure I put in my purse is lip balm, wipes, small tube of lotion, and hand sanitizer. I keep wipes and hand sanitizer in my purse, but I have lip balm and lotion in a makeup bag along with other makeup items like concealer and natural reflections along with eye buki and retractable kabuki. I don't always carry a travel makeup bag but can easily stick it in my purse if necessary. If I don't take the bag I always take a lip balm and lotion. I like to carry lavender murumuru mint lip balm and a raspberry or vanilla hand lotion. I also like tinted lip balms. As far as makeup, right now, in my purse, I have the sandcastle pressed palette in the compact. I love the compact and wished I had the golden globe palette in compact for on the go; the mirror comes in handy.

I definitly love coral colors, I had tried on a very strong coral lipstick once and was so surprised at how noticed it made me, I really loved it.
I always have concealer with me since I have a lot of blemishes and they embarass me. >.<

I carry around a backpack for my laptop, but I use it as an excuse to stuff the additional following things in it: sunglasses, credit cards, IDs, pens, a puzzle book (I love me some logic puzzles when I'm on the bus or subway!), and a camera to snap memories. Makeup-wise, I like to carry a sample jar of an EDM translucent loose powder to absorb shine with an EDM LHK for ultimate portability, a pressed blush, pencil eyeliner, a compact mirror, and a lipbalm =]

I've been getting nervous about school and responsibilities starting back up so it's nice to see this summery thread and makeup collection! Which I can't believe is already sold out - yikes - hope I can snag one still!
I grabbed my purse to answer this question... let's see.... must haves:
- SUNSCREEN. my number one beauty essential, especially in the summer. I like a bronzey glow but I think a fake one is better in this case since I'm so pale and prone to sunburn
so sunscreen keeps me porcelain and I have it on hand to reapply... the one in my purse right now is Aveda, smells lovely!
- lip balm! a friend lent me one of the old EDM lipbalms when she got me started on the brand, but I've been meaning to try the new one too!
- a good book - right now I've been reading Olive Kitteridge
and finally...
- bandaids! I'm super accident and blister prone so it's good to have these around for a klutz like me plus someone almost always ends up needing them - I saw someone else mentioned a Tide pen and I've been meaning to keep one of those in my purse as well!
Anyways, a pretty small load plus the usual keys, wallet, and cell phone - but I like to keep it simple.

Everyday Minerals: Lippie in Spring Berries - I apply a light coat for a little bit of colour and a bit more for a "made up look". My favourite foundation in Linen and my retractable kabuki. Waffle cone pressed blush which I use very sparingly as a blush but more commonly use for eyeshadow touch-ups (I love that I can multi-task with EDM products!). I keep these products in my Apple and Bee cosmetic purse - it's beautiful and made from organic cotton, which I love
Sun protection: Tragically, one of my friends died from skin cancer this month, at the age of 32 - so I'm constantly reminding everybody to protect themselves from the sun! I carry Soleo organic sunscreen (SPF 30+) for days I'm not wearing make-up (and always wear it under my make-up if I'm going to be outside). I also carry EDMs natural reflections for use over my make-up.
Sewing kit and tape measure - I started carry these when I was making costumes for a local dance group and kept them in my bag because they are very handy! Just the other day a colleague's pant hem fell down at work - I whipped out the sewing kit and fixed it while she was still wearing the pants. The tape measure is very handy when shopping - I often measure bits of funiture, much to the amusement of the shop keepers !

My boyfriend makes fun of my giant tote that I carry everywhere but between the studio , the gym , band practice , german lessons, playing gigs and going to them , I'm often out of the house from 9am till after 2 or 3am! Heck , when we are on tour I'm out of the house for over a month.
My everyday bag is a souvenir shoulder tote for Pop Montreal , the Montreal equivalent of SXSW. It was given free to all the performers is 2008 and I have 2 identical ones 'cause my bandmate gave me his. It''s my favorite bag ever , it's casual and boho just like my look..This bag EXPANDS like whoa and because of the should strap is easy to drag around when I'm on my bike.

I try to only carry carry the bare essential items, but that is hard with a 3 year old and a 1 year old! Absolute musts are:
- Lip balm
- Shea butter lotion bar
- EDM Spring Berries and Plum lippies (my current faves)
- small mirror (to apply the lippies just right)
- foldable shopping bag
- stainless steel water bottles x 3 (gets VERY hot down under!)
- hand wipes - so handy for just about anything, but especially for the kids
- sunscreen (Aussie sun is brutal!)
- digital camera - to capture all the precious moments of my 2 little precious ones!!!!!
- munchies for the kids (and there is usually some kind of small treat for the kids floating around somewhere in the bottom of the bag)

one thing i can not leave without is my aveeno lip balm i hate having dry lips let alone chapped lips, so far ive only seen it at target i love it because it keeps my lips moisturized and condition and plus its all natrual with spf 15!

If I skip the obvious things like keys, money and cell phone, I always make sure to have these things in my bag: paper tissues, pills for headache, deo spray, blotting face sheets, lipbalm or lipstick, hair brush and hand sanitising gel (in case I didn't have a chance to wash my hands with water) and also the photo of my loved ones :-)

Being an architect, I always bring with me a sketchbook, a pen and a pencil (Besides all the usual stuff like keys, cell-phone etc)

Carina, the coral reefs are so pretty. I've always wanted to go scuba-diving. The EDM coral reef collection looks lovely too. It will be great to wear this to the beach.
Practical must-have stuff:
- my mobile phone
- a few dollars
- keys
Nice-to-have stuff that I try to squeeze in:
- a book (keeps me occupied while waiting)
- tinted lip balm / lipstick (that's the only makeup that I need to touchup during the day)
- hand cream
- tissue paper
- foldable bag (for my shopping)
- doggie-shaped hairclip (it's cute and keeps my hair from flying into my face)
I often end up storing my items in various small bags which then go into a bigger bag so that I can bring all my "must-have" stuff around.

I think every bag reflects its owner personality ( both outside and inside ).
My Bag is my World, is like me: big, deep, easy and simple. And with a heart full of precious things!
I usually carry on with me lot's of things I really need because I'm scared about unexpected events! So I want to be ready for any eventuality!
Also If my Boyfriend told me I have a suitcase and not a Bag!
So You'll find something expected and necessary and something less necessary:
My Wallet and my keys for example, and the Phone!

Than something more like my Ipod (I can't live without music) An Agenda (because Often I need to write down something or draw something), my glasses (I have eye lens when I go outside so I need my glasses and all the kit for "maintenance"), Gum, Bottle of Water (especially on summer), thermal water (something refreshing for my skin!) Make up bag with lots of EDM stuffs, maybe too much LOL. and also a book or a magazine (I need something to read, is like breathing).
I have also an EMERGENCY little bag with something like towels (and sanitary towels), aspirin (I hate the headache!), soap!
In this period I also take with me a FUN, like an old granny LOL. Just because is too hot when I pick the train and I can't resist to this weather.
But, answering to your Fun Task, there's also another thing I ALWAYS make sure to have in my Purse.

When I first met my Boyfriend, as friends, I saw in a Shop a beautiful Pucca Plushie (do you know Pucca?)
I found it very very cute but I didn't buy it.
Time passed.
Me and my "Friend" met again and when he took me home, before leaving, he told me to close my eyes.
I was very scared (I know, I'm so anxoius) but, don't know why, I trust him, so I closed my eyes like he said.
When I opened my eyes I saw the lil' Pucca Plushie in my Hands!
I was really really moved and my heart left some beats for his lovely gift and thought.
He's become my first love.
And, to not forget, I always carry on my plushie in every bag I choose.
It reminds me, in every moment, how love is important. And it always make me smile.
And also I discover it's a true lucky charm!

These are my favourite bags for the summer and for the winter (and my cat ):
I bought the first one from a stand in a crafts market (it's not branded), the second one is by Maxandco, an Italian brand.
Apart from keys, mobile phone, purse and tissues, I always make sure to have with me:
- a lip balm (at the moment lavender mint by EDM), both in summer and winter
- sunglasses; I can't live without sunglasses also in winter. When I am outside I always wear them, except when it's raining. My eyes are very sensitive to light.
- an USB memory stick, to have always with me my work documents, my favourite songs and my favourite photos and to be ready for share photos with friends
Often I have with me also a scarf (a cotton or linen one in summer, a wool one in winter, obviously) and a cache coeur in summer or a pullover in winter (yes, I'm able to let them in a bag!!)

As far as makeup goes this are my ultimate essentials:
Face powder: Will take out any face shine the summer heat can create sometimes
Bronzer/blush: I like to always do retouches throughout the day so I bring these and my blush brush aswell
Lip gloss/lippies: Ever since I started using the EM Lippies I have been hooked. They leave your lips moist and the color stays without drying out. I always try to have it handy. You never know who you might meet. *wink wink*
Eyeliner: I am an eyeliner addict, I must confess. I love to bring attention to my eyes and eyeliner can really add an extra kick to my eyes. I always have my in my bag.
Ipod: Ofcourse, my ipod has all my favorite podcasts and music. Right now I am totally hooked on Jack Johnson. His relaxing and summery melodies are perfect for the summer. His songs can relax a person even in the most stressful of days.
Granola bar: I always keep a granola bar in my purse. I'm trying to stay on the healthier spectrum of the food chain, and whenever I get a craving for something crunch and sweet my granola is always there to save me. lol
This is really a must: Tahiti Sweety hand cream from Bath and Body works. I fell in love with this lotion so much so, that I buy it in bulks. I love the smaller ones that can thrown into a purse and you're ready to go. After all this is the summer, a girl can't afford to have dry skin.
and ofcourse my cell phone, who could live without it?! hehe My cell phone is what I use whenever I receive new EM products in the mail and need to update my status on Facebook to tell everyone about it. A few of my girl friends have already been hooked on EM!!!

Aside from the basics of keys, wallet, and cell phone, my next must-have is sunscreen. I burn pretty easily and also just don't like the idea of skin damage! Right now the brand I have in my bag is Desert Essence Organics, it's a vegan mineral sunscreen that is pretty good! I also absolutely must have lip balm with sunscreen. A few years ago I noticed this strange little purplish spot on my lower lip, so I asked my doctor about it and she said oh that's UV damage, be sure to wear a high SPF lip balm! So now I always do. I like UV Natural and Jack Black brands. Actually, my dream product would be a selection of EDM lippies with SPF 30 zinc sunscreen in them!! I haven't been able to find a vegan, high SPF tinted lip balm or lipstick, and it would be so nice to have some options with colour in them instead of trying to layer!

Here's a quick snap I just took of the contents of my makeup stash in my bag. Yes that is the EDM ruffle tote too, I love this bag so much. I get compliments nearly everyday when I use it. That's a lot too lately, I just love it so much I can't put it away
Snuggled up in my go to touch up pouch, next to my altoids, blotting papers and hairbrush are two EDM Lippies Bourgeois Chic & Just Whistle (I just got them and LOVE them!), EDM Luminizing Sunlight powder and an EDM Retractable Kabuki. I love using the powder for quick touch ups, as I am pregnant now and getting pretty oily throughout the day this product is perfect to keep oilies at bay plus it is awesome for sprinkling in your hair to remove the summer greasies too. It's the perfect product for us preggies as it controls oil, but doesn't mask that nice mom to be glow.
So that is what is in my bag today, I hope you liked this little sneak peak.
On the Reef is so beautiful and perfect for summer!! The bronzer and blush duo would work wonderful with the new Itahake Brush. I just got that brush and I love it for bronzer, it feels so luxurious, yet another wonderful EDM creation.

When I was writing my previous post yesterday I was away from my home and I did not have my camera. Today, I decided to show you the things which are essential!
My previous post:
I'm really busy person so I don't have a lot of time to care about my make-up. But I love to look beautifully and fresh! I've found some products which I always keep in my purse and I can't imagine life without it!
I always have some powder, because I have oily skin. I also have problem with under eye circles so I always have morning concealer, oval concealer brush and Linen Intensive sample. It greatly covers slightly too yellow morning concealer. In my purse I alway keep Luminizing Sunlight (sample) because it gives me "Photoshop effect" (I LOVE this product!!!) and carmex. Obviously, I also have my wallet, keys, little mirror, phone, a small bottle of water and a lot of unimportant and unnecessary things..like umbrella or knitewear when the day is incredibly hot... smilies/grin.gif I'm standart woman an I always have a lot of things JUST IN CASE.. smilies/

I'm really busy person so I don't have a lot of time to care about my make-up. But I love to look beautifully and fresh! I've found some products which I always keep in my purse and I can't imagine life without it!
I always have some powder, because I have oily skin. I also have problem with under eye circles so I always have morning concealer, oval concealer brush and Linen Intensive sample. It greatly covers slightly too yellow morning concealer. In my purse I alway keep Luminizing Sunlight (sample) because it gives me "Photoshop effect" (I LOVE this product!!!) and carmex. Obviously, I also have my wallet, keys, little mirror, phone, a small bottle of water and a lot of unimportant and unnecessary things..like umbrella or knitewear when the day is incredibly hot... smilies/grin.gif I'm standart woman an I always have a lot of things JUST IN CASE.. smilies/

And there is my favourite bag ever! It is big enough, so I can carry in it my books for college. It is also perfect for shopping etc... This bag is perfect for every day!
The most essential things in my bag are: keys, wallet, small bottle of water, mint and fruit candies, phone, tissues and my cosmetic bag.
And mos important cosmetics in my cosmetic bag are : lipgloss, cherry carmex, Escada Sunset Heat (it is my favourite scent in the summer), hair accesories, powder, samples of Luminizng Sunlight Powder and Linen (Intensive) which I use as a corrector, Bollywood blush, Natural Lucent Powder, and three brushes: LHK, Oval Concealer Brush and blush brush.

My bag contains a host of bizarre and wonderful things, as I have to be able to "grab-and-go" at any given minute! However, among the highlights are:
- A tiny pair of socks (my toddler is always losing his!);
- A photo of me pulling a ridiculous face, to remind me never to take life TOO seriously!
- A piece of rose quartz crystal, given to me by a friend and with enormous sentimental value;
- Tiny sample pots of EDM base, eyeshadow and my new love Luminizing Sunlight powder, plus a brush;
- A facial cooling spray...even in the UK, it gets humid and warm sometimes!
- A selection of trinkets such as key fobs, lapel pins, etc. to leave as "swaps" if I go geocaching...
- My organ donor card. If the unthinkable was to happen, I'd like to give someone else a chance.
My bag is huge, but I love it!

I always make sure I have a reusable shopping bag in my purse. I have a really small one that folds up nicely, and that way I don't get caught off guard if I end up having to do some last minute shopping.
And of course, lip balm. One can never carry too many lippies.

As I mentioned in my previous one, I am a self-confessed packrat. hehehehe,,,
Here are my Bag Must Haves:
- Paper, pens, pencils - I am an art geek/interior design student, and I always have my sketchbook or my moleskine graphing notebook. And whenever somebody wants to borrow a pen or a pencil, I always ask what color do they want before lending them any. (Yes, I love seeing their reaction to that one. ;P)
- Lipsticks - I have a small pouch that can fit 5 lipsticks, 2 lip glosses, a lip balm and a small eyeliner. It's more of a priority for me, than make-up, while I'm out.
- Basic make-up kit and mirror
- Oil control tissues (Must Have!!!, that it needs its own row!! -_-0 Hopefully, this will change when I get my order from EDM) and normal tissues, of course.
- Basic med kit - basically band aids (blisters! T_T), alcohol wipes (Individually wrapped, disposable alcohol towelettes) and paper soap (in case there isn't any, not to mention that it's soo cute!)
- Sunblock/hand lotion and perfume.
- Hair ties, comb and a decorative chopstick -> for when I want to put my long, long hair up in a bun, or any pencil would do actually.
- extra contact lenses, just in case (I have the daily disposables)
- Book of the week and/ or newspaper - great for passing the time on the train or bus, reading your horoscope, playing sudoku and the crossword puzzle .
- Gum
- Sweater or a fold-able umbrella (depends on the weather)
- Accessories - I need this when I'm rushing or when I need to change from casual to going out (yes, let's stick with that 2nd excuse) ^__^0
- Re usable bag
and of course the BASIC Must Haves, which are:
- Wallet
- Cellphone
- Keys
- and a Hershey Kiss!!! ;P

The inspiration for this makeup collection was a brilliant idea, it is gorgeous just like the ocean and its beautiful nature.
a friend went scuba diving and found the it so rewarding, he said it was such a wonderful feeling to be so close to such beauty and found it a totally mesmerizing experience. there is just so much to see and you really cant appreciate it until you see it, so i would like to able to try it.
BAG ESSENTIALS
I have to say since i have found mineral makeup (edm) i find that i dont need to really touch up my makeup as i had when i used other forms of makeup. so i only really find it essential to take lipgloss,the interpersonal attraction lipgloss is gorgeous, natural shade, and find i am always reaching for it.
i have named the edm smudge brush a wonder brush because i use this so often so i take with me because it comes so useful if i want to smudge my makeup more, or to sort out any smudge marks from mascara, its a great brush.
i also have to have stress balls in my purse because i find them very relaxing and also help when dealing with difficult people, lol.
an a-z map, because i simply not the best at directions, and if someone needs directions i just bring it out rather then tell someone where they can find a certain location because i would have no idea.
I always make sure i have a bag of mixed nuts for snacks, that way i dont go and just buy bags of crisps when i feel peckish.
I have to have a pair of flat shoes in my bag because as much as i enjoy wearing heels, they really can become uncomfortable, so a pair of nice comfy flats always come in use.
a small hello kitty umbrella, its uk, and so you never no when its going to rain, lol.
a beanie hat, because i have crazy hair, they go fuzzy and simply do what they want, so a beanie hat really comes in useful and looks ok when wearing it.
then i have the usual essentials, phone, camera,coin purse, book mini sewing kit, coin purse, canvas shopping bag.

So there are a few MUSTS that remain in my purse at all times. First, I have:
- Lip gloss and lipstick - I always have one or two of each in neutral or berry; depending on what I am wearing that day
- Concealer: I mix EDM Light Neutral with alcohol and let it sit overnight in a little container...it makes it creamier and really conceals!!
- EDM Eye Buki Brush - FAVORITE brush of all time. I don't use it for my eyes thought....I use it to apply my concealer. Seriously ladies...if you haven't tried it....it is a MUST!!
- Finishing powder: I use the EDM puff jar filled with sunlight kaolin powder...great for the t-zone touch ups
- Of course my EDM retractable kabuki, along with my EDM foundation in case of much needed touch ups
- Pacifica Natural Solid perfume: never know when you need that extra boost of a lovely scent
- CELL PHONE: this is definitely a must have!
- Hand Sanitizer: maybe a bit of a germ freak, but you never know when you need it
- Wallet, pen, checkbook
- EOS Lip Balm - in those cute little eggs. They are cute, fun, and smell amazing!!
- Revlon Eye Makeup Remover Pen - Great for getting any liner that travels during the day
- Gum
- Contact Refreshing drops....it can be kind of dry where I live, plus I definitely wear my contacts longer than they are intended to be worn.

I carry a lot of stuff around with me since I have two preschool kids. Essentials include baby wipes, antibacterial hand gel, snacks for the kids, a few toys etc. For me, I always take my mobile phone, my EDM puff jar filled with a finishing powder (at the moment it has EDM Rice Powder Sunlight - i still love this stuff), a lip balm (i have a lot of these so i just grab whatever i feel in the mood for that day - mainly EDM natural lippie since it goes with everything) and a roll on sunscreen for on the go top ups.

I will start my entry by saying that I miss the days when I could walk out of my dorm room or apartment with a keychain wallet (with keys attached of course) shoved into my back pocket and a lip balm in my front pocket and I was all set.
Since those days are long gone, here are my must-have items in my purse:
Wallet - I am loving my wallet. I found one of those hard-sided ones that are really popular right now for only $2.50!!!
Keys - I actually have two lanyards: one with my home and car keys and one with my keys for work.
Cell phone
Lip balm - I actually always carry a lip balm in my pocket, but I typically have one or two back-ups in my purse as well.
Aspirin - I hate being stuck out and about somewhere with a headache that I can't do anything about.
Kleenex - It seems like my nose is always running, so I always have Kleenex on hand.
Pens - In fear that I will not have a pen in my purse, I tend to throw one in on my way to the store. The result is that I usually have quite a few pens in my purse.
Sunglasses
That's all of the non-beauty related things. Here's the good stuff:
Blotting papers - I have oily skin, so these are very important. They will become even more important in a couple of weeks when I head back to teaching high school English at a school without A/C.
Finishing powder - Another essential for someone who has oily skin.
Retractable kabuki - To apply the finishing powder.
Concealer - I have acne-prone skin and dark circles under my eyes, and I like to be able to touch-up problem areas during the day.
Concealer brush - To apply the concealer.
Nail clippers and nail file - It drives me crazy to have a nail with a rough edge, so I always keep these two things handy to fix the problem quickly.
Travel-size lotion - Dry, cracking hands are a pain (literally) and not very attractive, so I like to have lotion on hand to prevent that from happening.
Neosporin - I guess this isn't really beauty related, but I keep it in my little make-up pouch (that was made from recycled materials). This is just always handy to have if I do get dry, cracking skin or end up with some small cut or scrape (which happens more often than I would like).
Hair ties and a clip - For those days when my hair is driving me nuts. I can see myself using these a lot during that first month of school when it is just too hot to have my hair sitting around my neck all day.
I don't carry around a lot of products for touch-ups. There are days when I don't even have time to blot, powder, and conceal, so I don't bother with anything else. I will occasionally have a colored gloss in my purse, but I don't wear them very often, so they are really staples.
That's the typical contents of my purse. There isn't anything very exciting in there, but they are the basics that get me through the day.

I am so in love with this On The Reef Coral Collection. I am a peach / coral gal myself. I can't do pinks and corals and peaches give me a chance to get some color. And I have never been deep sea scuba diving, but those underwater pictures are breathtaking.

I'm kind of a minimalist in the sense that I don't like carrying a whole lot of stuff in my purse at all times, but there are a few products that I absolutely can't live without. My summertime must-haves that I love to have in my bag at all times are as follows:
-EDM pressed powder foundation in light- This product has amazing coverage and I love how it can multitasking as both a foundation and a concealed in one
-Physician's formula pressed powder SPF 50 -this keeps my face protected against the sun and works as a nice finishing powder over my EDM foundation
-EDM blush in swimming pool- best blush ever for the summer! I love the sunkissed glow this gives me and it multitasks as a great neutral wash of eyeshadow

To sum up, I guess I tend to go for products that are good multitaskers, and I am loving how the items in the coral collection can mostly all be used for more than one purpose: the eyeshadows in this collection can also work as blushes or highlighters, the compact has both a blush and bronzer in one, and the tote can not only carry my beach essentials, but my groceries as well

I'm kind of a minimalist in the sense that I don't like carrying a whole lot of stuff in my purse at all times, but there are a few products that I absolutely can't live without. My summertime must-haves that I love to have in my bag at all times are as follows:
-EDM pressed powder foundation in light- This product has amazing coverage and I love how it can multitasking as both a foundation and a concealed in one
-Physician's formula pressed powder SPF 50 -this keeps my face protected against the sun and works as a nice finishing powder over my EDM foundation

I like to keep my purses light with my essentials:
-My lavender mint lip balm- I make sure to never leave the house without it-- I think I'm addicted!
-Blotting sheets- To combat summertime oilies
-Chewing gum- To freshen up and protect those pearlies after eating
-Small fine-tooth comb To tidy up my hair after running around doing errands
-Some cash- Always a good idea, you never know when you'll need some gas or a bite to eat
-Cell phone- To chat with friends and for safety, of course

First off, I just wanted to say I love the new collection!! Coral tones are my absolute favorite! The sea is the perfect place to find inspiration.
So my must-haves in my bag are...
-Wallet
-Cell Phone
-Keys
-Ipod (When I need to tune someone out )
-A book
-SNACKS (I always need to chew on something)
-A compact makeup bag (With just the necessities like lip balm, blush, concealer)
-Hand sanitizer (I have some OCD moments)
-Sunglasses
-An emergency/first aid kit (I keep $10 in there for emergency in there as well as band-aids, disinfectant wipes, allergy pills, etc.)
-Pens/Pencils
What I mentioned above aren't even half of what's in my bag! I have such a huge bag filled with must-haves and must-throw-outs. I have so much trash and paper that seem to always find its way in my bag.

I keep a travel toothbrush and paste in my purse, because I feel (and look!) so much better when I have squeaky-clean teeth.
Also, I have a pad of Post-it notes in a little holder that is always with me. I find that I go through the notes quite fast, because I write so many things down. It also works great when I need to write down information to give to someone.

Talking about coral shades - Carina, I really love Tuesday Night Fever eye shadow, it’s my summer’s favorite. So pretty! Thank you so much for creating this one!
My must haves that I carry all around with me are concealer with Eye Kabuki Brush and my lip balm. Less is more
