My style inspiration for the week comes via Madonna’s downtown style in the classic 80’s film “Desperately Seeking Susan.”
Madonna’s style was widely imitated in the 80’s and for good reason. I love pulling elements of this over-the-top decade when putting together my own outfits and styling clients. Love denim on denim, bright prints, and accents of leather.
Love the vibrant lip color!!! Plus I am so into the great hair accessories, layering necklaces, tons of bracelets, and big earrings.
The whole vibe is 80’s downtown New York street chic and club kids.. 80’s hipsters!
