Silk Dust products will be discontinued soon. Our Chemists and Product Formulators continue to inform me that the seasonal nature of the product creates an inconsistency of the raw materials that can lead to vast differences from batch to batch, thus our high standards of excellence are not being achieved with the Silk Dust line. Moreover, our inability to ensure that the silk worms are being humanely treated gives us a greater level of concern. Everyday Minerals has gone to great lengths to make sure that the silk worms are being treated ethically, but you can never be 100% sure since we are not monitoring the Chinese facility at all times. The Silk powder is the only raw material used in your Everyday Minerals products that is sourced directly outside of the United States. After August 17th all your Everyday Minerals raw materials will be sourced within the United States so you can be assured that the product meets the highest levels of purity which we love. With that said, we have kept the product on about a year longer than we would have liked considering our push to be a 100% Vegan line, so it is difficult to make this announcement but in the end it will be the best thing for the brand as we pursue a greater level of excellence for everyone. Your new Everyday Naturals line is on its way! Everything is getting finalized with those, and we will be rolling the products out from mid-August to late September. The new Everyday Naturals line will be on-going and extensive -- we just need to make sure it is absolutely the best ever. These products will essentially replace the Everyday Everywears - but won't stop there. The goal is to have the best ingredients from around the world, that perform better than anything else on the market, at real and outrageously affordable prices!!!
Just to let you know, Angled Blush Brush is out of stock. We will have it back up August 15. Flat Top Brush is also going to be out of stock in a day or two, and those will be bringing those back August 15th. We are still waiting for the "out of stock" button and the "new" button, my patience is wearing thin...but I keep hoping any day now
