RETURN POLICY

Return Goods Policy

Products Eligible for Return

Products eligible for return must contain the original invoice and packaging. Products may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. Shipping cost in non-refundable. We offer samples of all powder products for you to try before making your full-size product purchase. We do not offer exchanges.

How to Return Your Item

* Name on the order

* Order Number

* Date of Purchase

* Name of items you are returning

* Reason for return

Upon receiving this information, Concierge will issue an RA number that is to be placed on the outside of the box.

You are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking, such as priority mail or delivery confirmation. Everyday Minerals is not responsible for lost shipments.

A copy of your invoice needs to be included in order to process your refund. To obtain a copy of your invoice, login to your order history at www.everydayminerals.com and print a copy.

Extra Details

If making a return that was paid using an e-Gift Card, the refund will be placed back onto the e-Gift Card, or the original method of payment.

Returns received after 60 days will be rejected and shipped back to the sender at his/her expense.

Only valid RA numbers will be accepted.

For customer returns a refund will be issued based upon the lower of the published price that was paid on the original invoice. Please note that any return that does not conform to the Return Goods Policy may be sent back to the customer and will not be eligible for a return.

This Return Goods Policy applies to any product sold by Everyday Minerals and Everyday Naturals.

Any defective makeup brushes can be returned to us within 60 days with the option of a full refund minus shipping, or an exchange on that brush if it is still in stock. Returning the defective brush is required for refund or exchange.

We strongly advise testing products with the Sample and Try Me Kits before purchasing big sizes.

Non-Returnable Goods

Non-returnable goods consist of the following: Merchandise marked as non-returnable, all sample size products including: free samples, individual samples, try me kits, collections, and promotional products and products from which labels have been removed or refaced in any manner. E-Gift Cards cannot be returned for a refund and are not redeemable for cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen e-GiftCards.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment after the warehouse receives your return. Refunds are processed within 4 weeks of being received. You will receive a confirmation email stating the dollar amount refunded back to you when your return has been processed. Please note that credit card refunds can take 48-72 hours to reflect on your statement.
