Today’s AROUND AUSTIN tour leads us to one of my favorite little gems of a restaurant, FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC.
Inventive, quirky dishes and super fresh ingredients ensure that every dining experience here is truly top notch.
The restaurant is owned by husband-and-wife team Ned and Jodi Elliot, who have collaborated on everything from the decor to the menu. A neighborhood eatery with tons of heart and soul, I recently tried a killer fricassee of spring vegetables that had the most unusual - yet delectable - onion and coconut broth. Yum!
Other wicked-good dishes?

Basically, you can’t go wrong with whatever you decide to order here :)
