Picture this: the sun is shimmering, the white sand is silky soft between your toes, and the ocean is a gorgeous shade of turquoise.
That’s right, your long awaited vacay to some can-this-be-real tropical coast has arrived. Bust out the bikinis and splash on the sunscreen, because your BEACH beauty tutorial is ready to rock! To get that BEACH look, first and foremost, don’t forget the SPF! The higher the better. Getting wrinkles from prolonged sun exposure is SO not the look.
When I think of breezy, beachy beauty I think of a gal who is bronzed, shimmery, sexy! Shades of gold, peach, and pale pink can enhance a natural tan in a positively sublime way.
Be sure not to apply bronzer to skin that has just been moisturized - it’s important that your skin is dry so that the bronzing minerals don’t stick or go on unevenly.
Apply bronzer to a medium sized brush, such as the TAPERED SCULPTING FACE BRUSH
. A brush that’s too big can lead to over-application of the bronzer, while a smaller brush won’t blend evenly. Swirl your brush through the bronzer, tapping off the excess before applying to your skin. Be sure to only apply where the sun would naturally kiss your skin... again, the forehead, nose bridge, chin and cheekbones. Be sure not to forget to blend evenly along your jawline, extending down onto your neck and decolletage.
I picked shades that were natural and soft, to go along with the effortless and relaxed vibe of the ocean. Since you’ll be in the sun, why not give your sunkissed skin a little boost with the use of my two new bronzers, AMAZING BRONZER
and BEACH BRONZER
. Start by applying the bronzer to areas that the sun would naturally kiss your skin - forehead, cheekbones, nose, and chin. Don’t forget your jawline and blending down onto your neck!
