Recently, we were all super excited to be a part of the wonderful brand Noonday Collection's latest campaign, and I have some special behind-the-scenes snaps to share with you today!
We've been told time and time again by our friends who are makeup artists that many of our products are staples in their kits, from our brushes to our Finishing Dust. This time around, a handful of Everyday Minerals products were incorporated into the makeup looks for Noonday Collection's Fall/Winter 2013 lookbook photo shoot!
The photo shoot took place in the most picturesque ranch in Dripping Springs, which is located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country just west of Austin. The outfits and accessories really popped against the backdrop of the horses and stables.
At the shoot, a bunch of fun EM products were used on the models by the extremely talented Makeup Artist, Adrienne - click here to like her on Facebook! Adrienne stuck to a natural and feminine color palette for the shoot, and gave the models pretty rosy cheeks with our Girl Friday and Wild Flower Heaven blushes. A shimmery, earthy eye color was all that was needed to keep the girls fresh-faced, and so Adrienne opted for Jane Eyre eye shadow. Using both the Blender Face Brush and the Retractable Angled Kabuki Brush, a sheer wash of the Pearl Beige Lucent Powder was used to give the models a glow.
The Noonday Collection brand really resonates with me, given the artisan sourcing of their goods. Their products range from beautiful handcrafted jewelry and scarves to colorfully woven handbags and really well made home goods. Their whole aesthetic is earthy yet polishes, bohemian yet chic, stylish yet comfy... which I love!
