A: Hi Rachel,
We have reformulated our Matte/Semi Matte bases and have renamed them. Light Olive is now 1W Golden Ivory and you can try 0W Golden Fair for Olive Fair. Thank You!

Q: I used to use intensive tan - what is the new name?
A: Hello Barb,
We no longer carry the Intensive base line formula and we are not offering a similar formula at this time. But you may want to try our other formula bases: Matte, Semi-matte, and Jojoba. I have listed a bit more information in regards to these bases here:
Semi-Matte - provides a subtle glow appearance and is formulated for normal to combination skin.
Matte - provides a silky smooth matte finish that is ideal for all skin types.
Jojoba - a satin finish and this is good for all skin types.

Q: Hi. I have been using the fairly light matte base for several years now, and I can't find it now. Did the name change?
A: Hello Margaret,
We have a completely new Matte and Semi-Matte line with a unique and easy name system. You can learn more about it on our Blog. Fairly Light Matte has been re-named as 3N Beige Matte. We also offer the 7 Piece Sample Kit so that you can try out a variety of Base shades as well. Thank You!
Q: How do I know if I have cool undertones or not?
Which is better to disguise wrinkles matte, semi matte or jojoba?
A: Hello Kris,
You have Cool or Rosy undertones if you have pinkish or soft red complexions. Your skin usually burns first and may take a long time to achieve a tan, if any. If you look at the veins on the underside of your arm, they will appear blue.
I would say Semi Matte or Jojoba would be better in covering fine lines. Thank You!
Q: Any suggestions for a shade match to Sandy Fair in the Johoba base? Ivory is still not in stock in semi-matte and if its similar to the original ivory it washes me out badly. Sandy Fair was the first foundation color that actually matched my skin tone, so I'm a bit lost here.
A: Hello Bee,
I would suggest you give Vanilla a try through our 7 Piece Kit to see if this is your perfect match in the Jojoba line. Thank You!
Q: I have dry skin and also occasional rosacea problems. Would the Jojoba foundation be appropriate for me? Thanks.
A: Hello Loretta,
Yes, you can try some shades through our 7 Piece Sample Kit to see for yourself if you can find your perfect shade. I would suggest that you also try the Mint Color corrector, it helps neutralize redness on skin. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need further assistance in selecting shades in the Jojoba line. Thank You!
Q: I have been using the medium matte base for years now. I don't think that one has changed names like others has it? I was curious about trying the jojoba and was wondering which shade would be similar? I have redish skin from sun damage and like full coverage. I usually use the multi-tasking concealer and the sunlight color corrector on red areas.
A: Hello Lauren,
The Natural Ivory, although slightly darker, is the closest shade to the Medium base. You can also try the Mint Color Corrector, it helps in neutralizing redness on skin. Thank You!
Q: I've used Intensive base in FAIR for years. What's the new formula and name I need to look for, please and thank you! I can't read any numbers off of the newer packages, but I have a really old one that is stamped: "B19RE11". Thanks!
A: Hello Julia,
You can try the Rosy Fair 0C Matte through our 7 Piece Sample Kit. Thank You!
