usage tips
Sprinkle eye shadow powder into the lid of the jar. Use an eye shadow or eye kabuki brush for application. Apply all over eyelid, crease area, or onto your brow bone. Blend shadows well. Blend in other eye shadows to achieve a more dramatic look
