You can login to your account to check the status of your order. Simply, click on, “my account” at the top of the page. All of your current and past orders can be viewed there.
Please allow 24–48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. After it has been shipped, please allow 5–8 days for your package to be delivered. Our shipping department is not available on Saturdays or Sundays. Otherwise, our shipping department normally processes orders within 24 hours. During holidays and other busy times of the year it may take longer to process orders.

Everyday Minerals ships via the United States Postal Service, Fedex and UPS.
Rates are determined by weight and destination. There is a small handling fee for each package, but Everyday Minerals is dedicated to keeping shipping prices as low as possible.

Yes we ship to many international countries. However, we do not pay for any customs duties that may be incurred. Please note, that when we ship packages internationally, we will give that package a “stated value” based on the order amount you ordered. Please allow 2 days for processing and 7–15 business days for the carrier to deliver your order with UPS, Fedex or Global Priority and 8-25 business days for USPS First Class international.
Everyday Minerals takes responsibility for the cost and reimbursement of product for any USPS or FedEx shipment that fails to deliver according to their confirmation records. Everyday Minerals does not cover the cost of shipping for USPS First Class, Priority, or USPS International First Class Mail.
The responsibility for shipping costs is assumed by the customer when they select USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or USPS International First Class Mail – all products WITHOUT step-by-step tracking. In case your package gets lost according to the shipping service’s confirmation records. Everyday Minerals will only cover the cost of the product.
Everyday Minerals DOES guarantee the cost of shipping for all USPS international express services as well as all FedEx products with actual step-by-step tracking
Everyday Minerals recommends using a shipping service with step-by-step tracking and guaranteed delivery.
So if you have any concerns about your package possibly being lost or non-delivered, please select a Guaranteed shipping method with step-by-step tracking like “International Priority” or any “FedEx” product.
If the shipping service will not guarantee delivery, (i.e. USPS First Class, First
Class International, etc.) Everyday Minerals will not be responsible for their non-guaranteed products.

United States Taxes
All orders shipped with addresses in the state of Texas will be assessed with an 8.25% tax.
Everyday Minerals, Inc. is not responsible for duties or taxes imposed by your home country. We do our best to reduce costs and offer the best options in International Shipping, but please keep your country’s duties in mind when placing your order to avoid any surprises.
Please note that FedEx shipping option does not deliver on Saturdays and that shipping times are measured in Business Days. Shipping times are best estimate only and are not guaranteed for any (2nd day, Home Delivery) Fedex shipping option. All orders retailing over $80.00 will be signature required to avoid the risk of missing or stolen packages. Everyday Minerals is not responsible for delays in shipping times. Everyday Minerals shipping department is not available on weekends.
Upon arrival of your package from Everyday Minerals, inspect the contents for any damaged or missing items. You will need to contact our customer service department within three days so that they can correct your order.
If your package was damaged in transit via USPS report it to the driver once received. In order to put a claim on the damaged package, do not open your package, leave the package as is and contact the carrier service that delivered it. They will come out to inspect the package so that a claim can be processed.
When a claim number has been issued from the delivery company, we will have a new package shipped out to you.

Our shipping department works diligently to ship orders normally within 24 hours of receipt. Due to a high volume of orders and our automated shipping system, it is not possible to make changes or cancel and existing order. Before submitting your order, please check it over for accuracy. If you are not 100% satisfied with the items that you have ordered, simply return the items within 60 days for a refund. We do not offer exchanges.

If an item is out of stock or back ordered, your packing slip will reference that item and you will be refunded back onto your original method of payment. We do not ship out of stock or back ordered items. Please note that in order to not slow down our shipping process, we will not contact you if you have selected an out of stock or back ordered item.
