Problems when placing an order?
Please check that your cookies are enabled, you are not trying to add an item that’s visibly out of stock, your credit card information is valid and the card is not expired, your name and address match the name and address on your credit card, your internet connection is active, and that you did not accidentally log out of your Everyday Minerals account before completing your order.
How do I update or change my information?
Simply log-in, click on “My Account,” and then update any necessary information. Finalize this by clicking “submit” to save. Items you can update are your billing address, shipping address, credit card information, and password.
What if I’ve lost my password?
Click “lost password” near the log-in area. Then enter your username and e-mail, and your password will be mailed to you at the e-mail address provided in your account.
What products can I use if I’m a Vegan?
Every single one! For the most up to date info, review the product ingredients list on each specific product. If you have a specific question, please contact our Customer Care team.
How long will my Everyday Minerals products stay fresh and what is the best way to store them?
We create our products using natural ingredients. We believe in using ingredients that have a purpose and that do not contain any fillers or animal derived ingredients. To keep our products fresh, we present our products in smaller portions at affordable prices. When storing cosmetics and skin care products, please place them away from direct sunlight and heat, keep them in a cool place.
Where did my favorite product go, has it been discontinued?
This question is one that is asked quite a bit. We know it’s not easy to say goodbye to a personal favorite product, but sometimes a product just isn’t as popular with other EM fans and our warehouse space is not limitless. As such, these products are periodically discontinued. That being said, it’s super important to us to be able to share with all of you about our process. We believe that we have the ideal Creative Team and we have all been dreaming up unique new ideas for years now, it’s what gives us our daily zeal! Some of these uncommon creations include our closeable sifter jars, one penny 7 customizable samples, our 100% fur-free vegan bamboo brushes, and totally vegan range of makeup and skincare. We collectively review all of the feedback that comes from our customers on a regular basis, and run analytics to determine which products are the most popular. Unfortunately, if a product falls short on our list of the least products made, then we have to say goodbye to that product. Once again, based on our customer’s feedback, during the year we will organize what we call, “Reissue Parties.” These parties are online and offer some of our goodbye products in limited quantities until they sell out. Be sure to look for those via our newsletters. We also suggest that if you come across a I-can’t-live-without-it product, perhaps snag multiples to have on hand for a rainy day.
Are your products gluten free?
Currently, we do not use the following ingredients in our products nor do we have plans on incorporating such ingredients as: wheat, oat, rye, and barley. We are not a certified gluten free facility. Each of our products has an ingredient list on the product page, simply look at the ‘ingredient’ tab to determine if the ingredients are suitable for you.
What are the sizes of your products?
Our “Baby Size” weighs .02oz/.57g, our “Sample Packets” weigh .14g, our “Mini Size” weighs .06oz/1.7g, our “Big Size” foundation/lucent powder/blush weigh .17oz/4.8g.
Do you offer samples?
One of the most innovative ideas that we have to offer is our “One Penny Per 7 Piece Try Me Sample Kit”! This sample kit allows you to try most of our base products and some of our face products, allowing you to determine your perfect match prior to purchasing a full size item, for only a penny - you only pay shipping! Plus, every penny goes to preserve the habitats of wild animals of Austin’s Hill Country and our Wilderness Protection Fund.

If you have made a purchase and received one or more free qualified gifts and wish to return a portion of your purchase, please be sure to return all free gifts in association with that purchase for a full refund.
Using the shopping bag
While shopping with Everyday Minerals, simply place items in your shopping cart by clicking “Add To Bag.” To see what’s in your cart at any time, just click “Shopping Bag / My Cart” on the upper right hand corner of your browser. We’ll keep your added items safe and sound while you continue shopping. If you’ve created a login and password for our site, you’ll also be able to see items you’ve added during previous shopping sessions yet haven’t purchase just yet. When you’re all set, simply click “Check Out” to purchase all of the items in your cart, or “Continue Shopping” to continue to browse.
If you’re using a promotional code, simply enter it into the promo code box at check out if they are not expired. Once you enter a promotional code, it will be reflected in your shopping bag. Only 1 promo code per order. Promos are valid while supplies last. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion codes. Not available on previous purchases or with purchase of gift cards. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, in addition to Paypal. By registering on our site, you won’t have to enter your credit card information every time you shop. So much easier!
It’s easy to change your order, adjust a quantity, or cancel your order before finalizing it on the check out page. If you’re unsatisfied with your order once it arrives on your doorstep, you can return it to us - view our RETURNS POLICY to learn more.
Order History & Status
Once registered, you can view your order history and check the status of your current order by clicking on “My Account” and then “My Orders.” Choose which order you’d like to learn more about, and if it’s a new order that has already shipped, click “Tracking” to find out an estimated delivery date.
We charge Texas sales tax for all online purchases within our state, because as you know we’re based right here in Austin! Sales tax will be calculated and added when you place your order.
Out of stock items & Back ordered items
If one of your items is out of stock or currently on back order, your packing slip will reference this item and you’ll be refunded the cost of that particular item on your original method of payment. In order to expedite the shipping process, we will contact you if one of your items is out of stock or on back order.span>
We have two shipping options for you to choose from. With GROUND, if your order is placed by 1PM Central Time Monday-Friday, you’ll receive your order within 7 business days. This option is unavailable for orders that are shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. With FedEx TWO DAY, if your order is placed by 1PM Central Time Monday-Friday, you’ll receive your order within 2 business days..
Rules & Restrictions
Everyday Minerals ships to all 50 states, the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. We will process orders to ship Monday thru Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Currently, we can only ship to one address per order. If you’d like to ship to multiple addresses (and share the love) please place a separate order for each unique address.
Everday Minerals does ship to select international countries, and alternatively you can select our “Shop Retailers” link. We do not pay for customs duties that may be incurred, and as such we will give each package a “stated value” based on quantity ordered. Please allow 2 days for processing and 7–15 business days for the carrier to deliver your order with Fedex or Global Priority and 8-25 business days for USPS First Class international. Everyday Minerals takes responsibility for the cost and reimbursement of product for any USPS or FedEx shipment that fails to deliver according to their confirmation records. Everyday Minerals does not cover the cost of shipping for USPS First Class, Priority, or USPS International First Class Mail. The responsibility for shipping costs is assumed by the customer when they select USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or USPS International First Class Mail – all products WITHOUT step-by-step tracking. In case your package gets lost according to the shipping service’s confirmation records, Everyday Minerals will only cover the cost of the product. Everyday Minerals DOES guarantee the cost of shipping for all USPS international express services as well as all FedEx products with actual step-by-step tracking. Everyday Minerals recommends using a shipping service with step-by-step tracking and guaranteed delivery. If you’re concerned about your package possibly being lost or non-delivered, please select a Guaranteed shipping method with step-by-step tracking like “International Priority” or any “FedEx” product. If the shipping service will not guarantee delivery, (i.e. USPS First Class, First Class International, etc.), Everyday Minerals will not be responsible for their non-guaranteed products.
Tracking your shipment
Depending on your selected method of shipping, packages are sent via FedEx or USPS. Once you obtain your tracking number, enter it on the selected shipping service’s website.
Order & shipping & Email Confirmations
Everyday Minerals will send you an e-mail confirmation with your order information, as well as a shipping confirmation once it ships. This confirmation will include items purchases, payment information, shipping method, shipping information and a tracking number.
We offer a selection of specially packaged gift sets which showcase products in a particular category, such as makeup or skin care. We have a wide range of prices and a fun selection of products, offering you a diverse selection of gifts that arrive pre-bagged – which is our way of offering an un-boxed gift.
Upon delivery of your order, you may be responsible to pay one or all of the following: import tax, custom duties, and/or a brokerage handling fee. These charges are a separate charge from your shipping charge, you will be directly billed from the carrier.
