We wanted something to wake us up and get us excited to start our day, but something that also made us more productive, more centeredand more focused.
When we discovered matcha we fell in love. Matcha’s caffeine is energizing and longer-lasting due to the amino acid, L-Theanine, which slows the release of caffeine and has a calming, relaxing effect.

- Usage Tips
For a Hot Latte
Add 2 tbsp of the blend to a mug or blender and mix with 8-12 ounces of hot water or milk of choice.
For a Cold Latte
Add 2 tbsp of the blend to a mug or blender and mix with 8-12 ounces of cold water or milk of choice. Serve over ice.
For a Boosted Latte
Add 2 tbsp of the blend, 8-12 ounces of hot water, 1 tbsp of coconut oil or MCT oil, 1 tbsp of ghee or grass-fed butter, 1 tablespoon of collagen powder (optional) to a blender. Blend for a few seconds to incorporate all ingredients.
TIP —If not using a blender, be sure to whisk thoroughly or use a frother to get a creamy drink with a nice layer of foam on top.
