Q: I have a fair complexion (I wear the matte base Golden Fair OW) and brown eyes. I also genetically have very slightly yellow teeth, so I don't want a color that would accentuate any yellowing. What colors would you recommend for me?
A: Hello Sarah,
We have swatches of the tinted lip butters on the blog. Here are the links:
Q: The lip butters contain tocopherol. What is the source? i have a wheat allergy and cannot use anything made from wheat germ.
A: Hi Renee,
The Tocopherol (Vitamin E) used in our Lip Glosses is derived from Soy. In our lip gloss, we use a mix of 95% blend of natural mixed tocopherols isolated from soybean oil and concentrated to contain naturally occurring d-alpha, d-beta, d-gamma and d-delta tocopherols.
You will be able to find the ingredients for our products under the "Ingredients" tab in each product page! Thank You!
Q: I asked what the difference is between the nearly nude lip butter and barely nude lip butter. I got an answer back that the shimmer is very subtle; however, this did not answer my question at all. What is the difference in color between the nearly nude and barely nude lip butters? Is the difference that one has shimmer and the other does not? Is this why the answer to my question was about shimmer? I'm confused. I'm looking for the differences in the two colors of lip butter.
A: Hi Angelina,
Both have a bit if shimmer, not over powering though. We have a swatch of it here on this blog:
