Q: I am wondering if using this concealer will match my skin tone and be what I need to cover my acne scars (dark spots). During winter I use the Olive medium base and during summer I use the Light Medium base. is this what I am looking for or should I try the SESAME CREME CONCEAL STICK?
A: Hi Wendy! The Sesame cream conceal stick is for drier areas of skin but would be the appropriate color for you. You can also try the powder Medium Mineral Concealer to give more coverage in areas that are acne-prone :) Thank you!
Q: Is this the same shade as multi-tasking neutral matte base?
A: Hello Heather,
Yes, the multi-tasking concealer is the same shade as the base shade. You can also try the Fairly Light mineral concealer or the Medium mineral concealer if you use the Multi-tasking Neutral Matte base which has been renamed as the 2C Rosy Light. Thank You!
Q: I ordered a sample of Rosy Tan 5C Matte Base, and it matches my skin perfectly. Now I'm looking for a concealer for under my eyes and to cover red acne spots. I like mineral concealers, so I'm wondering what shade of concealer do you think would be best for Rosy Tan 5C Matte Base?
A: Hello Erin,
You can try the Honey creme conceal stick to see if you like this one, this shade would work well with Rosy Tan. Thank You!
Q: I have been using Everyday Minerals Multi-Tasking Concealer, which only came in one shade, but I no longer see it on your website. Is this now the Multi-Tasking Mineral Concealer that comes in eight shades? If so, which of the eight shades is closest to the old/original version?
A: Hello Jennifer,
We still carry the original Multitasking concealer. It's the 5th shade from the left (on top) if you go to the Multitasking concealers page. Thank You!
Q: I wear Golden Fair 0W Semi-matte base. I'm looking for something to cover dark spots and/or redness and acne. I've tried the green and sunlight concealer, and I just don't feel like they have much coverage. My skin is combination though it may be getting drier as we head towards the fall. What would you recommend?
A: Hello Sarah,
You can try the Golden Fair mineral concealer -- you can use this concealer along with your two other concealers for better coverage. Thank You!
Q: Hi, I love EM products and respect how you keep developing them to be even more skin friendly if possible! I'm about to order a base in Golden Light 2W in semi-matte and when more tanned Jojoba Sand that I've been sampling recently.
I'd like to find a concealer from EM range but I'm not sure what to choose color and consistency wise. I've always had creamy concealers for my sensitive surface dry combo skin. I'm hesitant to try the ones with Lauroyl Lysine due to my acne prone skin but not sure if that's paranoid. What would you recommend to cover my dark under eyes, couperosa (cheeks, sides of my nose, between my eyebrows) and occasional blemishes? Thank you very much for your help! <3
A: Hi Virpi,
You can try the Multitasking concealer for your cheeks, sides of nose and between eyebrows and the Sand creme conceal stick for your under eye area. Thank You!
Could I please get a recommendation as to which color of the Multi-tasking concealers I should choose to cover the redness on my cheeks, sides of nose and why not under eyes as well? I've got yellow undertones in my light (to medium) skin (my neck is very light). Thank you again!
A: Hi Virpi,
You can try the Mint Color Corrector, it helps neutralize redness on skin. We recommend the conceal stick for under eye area as this area needs a more smoother and lighter concealer. A powder concealer might get cakey if applied on your under eye. You can try the Sand creme conceal stick for your under eye and the Multitasking concealer to use for the other parts of the face. Thank You!
