Products Eligible for Return
If you’re not completely in love with your purchase, simply return it within 60 days, no questions asked! Products may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. Shipping cost is non-refundable. We offer various samples of products for you to try before making your full-size product purchase. We do not offer exchanges.

Products can be returned following these easy quick steps
1. Include your original invoice with packaging. If you do not have your invoice, simply login to your account, view your order history and print a copy at everydayminerals.com

If making a return that was paid using an e-Gift Card, the refund will be placed back onto the e- Gift Card, or the original method of payment. For customer returns, a refund will be issued based upon the lower of the published price that was paid on the original invoice.
Perhaps we made a shipping error or you received a damaged product, let us know right away upon receiving your order as we may request the item to be shipped back to us. Once the item has been shipped back to us we will refund the shipping cost of the individual item back to you as well as the shipping cost incurred by postal receipt, which shows the amount of shipping cost (to you) of the item shipping back to us.
Orders that have been mailed out by us, but deemed as undelivered, unclaimed, lost, or has an incomplete address will not receive a shipping refund, only the cost of the purchase price that is on the original receipt will be refunded. If a kit was purchased, the entire kit will need to be returned for refund.
Please note that any return that does not conform to the Return Goods Policy may be sent back to the customer and will not be eligible for a return.
Returns received after 60 days will be rejected and shipped back to the sender at his/her expense.
This Return Goods Policy applies to any product sold by Everyday Minerals and Everyday Naturals.
Any defective makeup brushes can be returned to us within 60 days with the option of a full refund minus shipping, or an exchange on that brush if it is still in stock. Returning the defective brush is required for refund or exchange.
We strongly advise testing products with the Sample and Try Me Kits before purchasing big sizes.
Non-returnable goods consist of the following: Merchandise marked as non-returnable, all sample size products including: free samples, individual samples, baby sizes, try me kits, and promotional products and products from which labels have been removed or refaced in any manner. E-Gift Cards cannot be returned for a refund and are not redeemable for cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen e-Gift Cards.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment after the warehouse receives your return. Refunds are processed within 4 weeks of being received. You will receive a confirmation email stating the dollar amount refunded back to you when your return has been processed. Please note that credit card refunds can take 48-72 hours to reflect on your statement.
