One Shade 2-Tone Beauty

What happens to your peeper when you put on one color of two different tones? Well, just a
gorgeous gradient shade of eye makeup that is super easy to apply. All you need is your angled
eyeshadow brush and two eyeshadow colors of the same complimenting shade.

Here are some Everyday Minerals palette examples for inspiration:

Almond Cream Licks Shimmer Eye Shadow and the Back To Board Games Shimmer Eye Shadow
is a combination of white and off-white shimmer shadows that create a dramatic and attention-
grabbing look.  If you want a velvet finish instead to get a subtler finish, you could go for the

If you have the Makeup Diary Waikiki Kit, simply choose two shades that is closest to each
other. For example: the Sun Daze Shimmer Eye Shadow as your base and the Going Gidget
Shimmer Eye Shadow for the crease.  And let's not forget that you can try FREE 4 Pieces of Try
Me Custom Kit of eye shadows of your choice. Grab yours here.

Now onto the look that we’ve been talking about

What we're trying to achieve is a gentle but deep eye makeup look.

  1. Prime your lids. Using a dense angled eyeshadow brush, pick the lighter shade and apply
into the entirety of your lid areas. Do it from the inner area to the outer corners.
  2. Apply the darker shade into the crease.
  3. Blend the colors together. Remove any harsh lines. Apply another layer of the darker
shade until you reach your desired intensity.

Finish with your favorite mascara or wear this as is. Eitherway, the duo tone is just pure love.
