Unlike most, I rarely find myself craving coffee in the mornings…or afternoons, or ever. You could say that I do have a sweet tooth however, and when coffee is made semi-sweet AND vegan, well then, I’ll drink it!

Here is my simple and super delicious recipe:

  • Freshly Brewed Coffee
  • Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • Raw Turbinado Sugar
  • Ice Cubes

Tip: Even though it’s iced coffee, be sure to not mix directly in a glass. You can transfer from a coffee mug once it’s completely cooled!

Yet another option: For my coffee in this image, I was in no rush, and let the hot coffee cool completely in the fridge before preparing the beverage.
